The Sales & Trade Associate, EME is a key operational role supporting the execution of commercial and trade strategies across retail and distributor channels in Europe and the Middle East. This position owns the day-to-day coordination of sales administration, product launches, trade marketing, and supply operations — enabling the Sr. Area Manager to focus on strategic growth and key partnerships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically strong, and comfortable working across functions in a fast-paced, high-growth beauty environment.

This position is hybrid and will report on-site (3) days a week and work remote up to (2) days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration & Account Coordination

  • Support the Sr. Area Manager in day-to-day management of retail and distributor accounts across the EME region.

  • Maintain and update retailer and distributor databases, order forms, registration files, and platform listings (including Sephora EUR).

  • Coordinate purchase orders, innovation orders, gratis and sampling orders; track order status and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Assist in preparing JBPs, commercial agreements, and retailer documentation; maintain organized records of contracts and agreements.

  • Manage distributor operational requests, including sourcing extra trade materials, samples, and assets.


Product Launch & Trade Marketing Execution

  • Coordinate administrative aspects of product launches end-to-end: pricing, order forms, timelines, retailer registration files, and asset delivery.

  • Support execution of trade marketing plans including promotions, GWPs, GWP tracking, advent calendars, boxes, and pouches.

  • Partner with Marketing to ensure all campaign assets and materials are delivered to retailers and distributors on time.

  • Organize and manage sample shipments to retailers at launch; track and manage sample, tester, and promotional inventory allocations.

  • Coordinate field follow-up including gratis push based on supply and demand; support field visits (e.g., Oh My Cream).


Reporting & Business Analysis

  • Compile and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports (sell-in, sell-out, MOB, forecasts); ensure accuracy of data for business reviews and internal reporting.

  • Track key KPIs and support performance analysis across retailers and distributors, including trade and promotional action impact on sell-through.

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to support commercial decision-making.

  • Assist with SKU-level forecasting in collaboration with Sales Planning and Supply teams.

  • Support E&O (excess and obsolete) optimization analysis and inventory reserve visibility.


Inventory & Supply Operations Support

  • Monitor stock levels by retailer; track and flag out-of-stock (OOS), low stock, and back-in-stock (BIS) situations proactively.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow and accurate order tracking.

  • Maintain sampling file tracking and catalogue follow-up including SKU management, warehouse inventory, and return dates.

  • Support communication with the field and coordination with Marketing during press and sampling pushes.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Administrative Support

  • Serve as a coordination hub across Sales, Marketing, Operations/Logistics, and Finance to ensure aligned execution on commercial priorities.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders; coordinate business reviews and partner follow-ups.

  • Assist Finance with invoicing, budget tracking, and P&L support as needed.

Job requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, trade marketing coordination, or commercial administration in the beauty or consumer goods sector

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid analytical skills; proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis) required.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally across time zones.

  • Fluency in English required; fluency in French or additional European languages strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with international beauty retail or distributor accounts
