In line with that vision, ILIA is looking for a Manager, eCommerce to join our team to drive growth in LTV & in new customer acquisition through global marketing campaigns. The ideal individual has a strong digital background with a high growth DTC global beauty brand, with proven experience planning an eCommerce calendar to hit business goals.


This role reports into the Director, CRM.


Role Responsibilities


Planning

  • Build, own, and maintain the Global eCommerce campaign calendar planning process across multiple markets, including international, to achieve business goals years in advance
  • Drive the GTM planning of DTC offers, SKUs, GWPs, new website feature launches, and product launches to hit growth targets
  • Create high level key themes per month to increase customer engagement
  • Align the Global Ecommerce Calendar with financial goals & targets of Iliabeauty.com
  • Partner with Demand Planning & Sales Operations on our planning and forecasting process by SKU
  • Support the digital team in SKU and order forecasts based on calendar planning
  • Prioritization of campaigns, projects, and tickets based on business impact and effort
  • Proactively coordinate with Product Development, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to drive growth in the DTC Ecommerce Business


Execution

  • Create detailed project briefs with digital channel requirements & goals to meet growth targets
  • Manage timelines and create delivery requirements to ensure timely handoff of assets to channels within our Project Management platform
  • Follow-through on campaign execution from asset creation to live on site + channel promotion
  • Own the review process to ensure proper approvals from each department


Reporting

  • Coordinate post mortem debriefs to each campaign focusing on communicating business impact to digital & cross-functional teams. You are comfortable pulling complex reports from multiple systems to create recommendations.
  • Continuous improvement of cross-functional processes and systems in a high growth organization
  • Create a culture of learning within ILIA focused on maximizing customer engagement & achieving business results
  • Create & maintain documentation of processes for any campaign launch to ensure proper execution and scale as we continue to grow the team


Job requirements

  • 5+ years experience planning & execution of a DTC E-commerce Calendar for a global beauty brand with multiple markets
  • Hands on experience in managing multiple complex projects & programs, working with channel managers, marketing teams, and creative teams
  • Hands on experience in measuring business impact of campaigns through Google Analytics & channel platforms to deliver actionable learnings
  • Hands on experience in creating detailed digital briefs with all requirements from all digital marketing channels
  • Strong understanding of prioritization of business impact vs level of effort across all digital projects. One look at an eComm calendar and you instinctually know which campaigns are high/low impact.
  • Very well versed at a granular level of all digital marketing channels
