Who we are

How we hire

Getting to Know You

Our typical interview plan will invite select candidates to schedule a 30 minute phone call with our People team. The goal of this call is to learn more about your interest in the role, dive a little deeper into some of your past experience and to give you the opportunity to ask questions about the role and our team.

Manager’s Interview

In this meeting, your future leader takes a deeper dive into your experience and will ask questions about how you imagine contributing at ILIA. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the specific function the role you applied for will manage or oversee.

Team Panel Interview

Collaboration is central to every project at ILIA so in this meeting we will introduce you to at least two peers or cross functional partners to discuss how you build rapport & facilitate cooperation across departments.

Executive Interview

This is typically the last stage of our interview plan and it is an opportunity to connect with a senior leader who will highlight the key business objectives associated with the open role. Our goal is set a clear vision for what is most important now and in the future for our team.

We believe that flexibility is key to growth and innovation. Our team enjoys a healthy balance of remote work and in-person connection.
